Return & Refund Policy

Because every item at CraftMades.com is custom-made specifically for you and your pet, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for general change-of-mind reasons once an order has gone into artwork creation or production.

However, your satisfaction is our top priority! We offer a 100% Replacement Guarantee for damaged or defective items.

1. Artwork Proof Approvals (Unlimited Revisions)

For custom digital artwork, we send a digital proof to your email for review. You may request revisions until you are completely satisfied with the design before production begins.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your package arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@craftmades.com with:

1. Your Order Number
2. Clear photos/videos showing the damaged item and packaging

Once verified, we will happily send you a replacement free of charge or issue a store credit/refund.

3. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 2 hours, artwork creation may already be underway, and a small artist fee may apply if canceled before production.
