1. Estimated Processing & Delivery Time

Because our products are custom-made, total delivery time consists of Artwork Creation + Production + Shipping:

• Artwork Design & Proofing: 2 – 4 business days
• Production & Printing: 2 – 5 business days (after artwork approval)
• Standard Shipping Time:
  • United States: 10 – 15 business days
  • Europe & UK: 10 – 15 business days
  • Rest of the World: 15 – 20 business days

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. We frequently offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $39.98.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and carrier link to track your shipment in real time.

4. Customs & Import Taxes

International shipments may occasionally incur customs duties or VAT depending on destination country regulations. Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs taxes.
